1. Acceptance of these terms

WellnessSatisfaction.com (the "site") is operated by 2R Sales ("we", "us", "our"). By opening or using the site you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use this site

The site is intended for people aged 16 and over, and for adults where our advertising or local law requires it. By using the site you confirm that you meet that requirement and that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

3. What this site is, and what it is not

This site publishes editorial content about interior design, decorating and life at home. It is provided for general information and inspiration.

The rooms shown on the site are digitally created concept images. They illustrate ideas and are not photographs of real properties, are not offers to sell any property, and are not representations that a particular result can be achieved in your own home.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — text, images, layout, design, code, logos and the name 2R Sales — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

You may read the site, print pages for your own personal and non-commercial use, and share a link to any page. Everything else needs our written permission.

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write to Lauren@wellnesssatisfaction.com with the URL, a description of the work and your contact details, and we will investigate promptly.

5. Permitted use and restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, republish, sell, licence or redistribute the content, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission;
• use the content to train a machine learning or generative model without our written permission;
• scrape, crawl, mirror or harvest the site by automated means beyond what a standard search engine does under our robots.txt;
• interfere with the site's operation or security, including attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or place unreasonable load on it;
• remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice;
• use the site for anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing or infringing;
• present the site or its content as your own, or in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products.

6. Messages and feedback you send us

If you email us a suggestion, comment or idea, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it in operating and improving the site, with no obligation to you and no expectation of confidentiality or payment. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential, and please do not send sensitive personal information.

We are not responsible for third-party content, products, prices, availability or privacy practices. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Changes to the site and to these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, and by continuing to use the site afterwards you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or block access to the site, without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or that access is harming the site or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — continue to apply after access ends.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree that the courts of Austin, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, nothing here removes your right to rely on the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence, or to bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. General terms

• Entire agreement: these terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
• Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: you may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• No partnership: nothing here creates a partnership, agency, employment or joint venture between you and us.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
